Chaplain Joe (Dudziak) - PRESIDENT AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
A native Northern New Mexican, an Air Force veteran, he spent many years working construction as a carpenter, estimator and project manager. After that he spent many years working as a building inspector. About 11 yeas ago he started volunteering at the Interfaith Shelter (Pete’s Place) and continues to this day. In 2019 he became a Chaplain and founded Chaplain Joe’s street Outreach at about the same time.

Anita Barela - SECRETARY
Anita Barela has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Santa Fe and has worked with Los Alamos County as a Planner for 10 years. She is a dedicated volunteer in many different capacities and has served with Chaplain Joe's Street Outreach since 2019, embodying compassion and service. Trained in the Prajna Mountain Buddhist Order, she brings Buddhist teachings to her chaplaincy work, fostering peace and understanding in diverse communities.

Robert Griego - MEMBER
Robert is a native New Mexican and has lived in Santa Fe since 2000. Robert received a Master's Degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of New Mexico and recently retired after having served as the Planning Manager for Santa Fe County. He enjoys frequent excursions with his dog Cujo and is committed to working to achieve social justice.

Steve Brugger - VICE PRESIDENT AND TREASURER
Steve has worked in affordable housing in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico for 30 years, beginning with his position as the first Executive Director of the Tierra Contenta Corporation. He is currently Executive Director of the Los Alamos Housing Partnership, a non-profit affordable housing developer and manager. Steve has a Masters Degree in City Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Doug Stuart - MEMBER
Doug has been working with Chaplain Joe for over three years distributing supplies to the homeless. Previously he worked at Consuelo’s Place as a Case Manager helping homeless residents find housing and needed resources. Previous to that he was a retail store manage at the largest sporting goods store in Santa Fe. He is an advocate for the unhoused people and animals of Santa Fe. His role includes hands-on operations and boots on the ground distribution of supplies and food to whomever needs it.
